Breathwork also known as Pranayama is a form of meditation that focuses on the breath - "life force energy". During this session we will discuss what areas of your life you want to achieve healing and clarity. We will then decide which form of breath work we will work through in our one on one session. The choices are: Calming, Balancing, Exciting
Also during our session you be educated on the vitality in breathwork and how essential breathwork can be in your day to day life in helping you maintain peace, stability, clear consciousness and physical healing.
